How to Install 

#1 Joomla Backend Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Install 

#2 Plugin Manager -> Search for 'ups' -> Enable

#3 Virtuemart -> Shop -> Shipment Methods -> Add 

Click Save

#4 click Configuration Tab, Fill the below and Save, then you are done. 

#5 What if you want to add another ups method say 'UPS Standard'? Repeat steps 3 , 4, only difference is in step 4 you select 'UPS_Standard' as the Shipment Method,and the shipment name in step 3 should reflect the name 'UPS Standard'
